From the 1960's this the Ringo Starr style WFL flat base hi hat stand! Shows signs of use with scratches, pitting, and rust. There is some flaking and warping on the bottom plate. The metal is partially snapped around where the spring is. Should not affect its use much, but foot board will have lots of wobble and side to side play. Rubber feet are all present and show minor wear. Height adjusts smoothly. Includes a clutch! See the pictures for more details!
