WFL Bass Drum Hoop Cowbell/Wood Block Holder Vintage 1940's

From the 1940's this is a WFL or Ludwig cowbell and wood block holder. Attaches to bass drum hoop. This shows signs of use with scrathces, pitting, and heavy rust. Appears to have some tape residue around it as well. Only one of the wood block arms seems to move and adjust. Clamps for cowbell and hoop are both 100% functioning!
