From around the 1930's this is a Slingerland Shur Grip cowbell holder. This shows signs of use with scratches, pitting, and somewhat heavy rust. It's definitely patinad from age. Clamp is 100% functioning! Includes U clamp for handheld cowbells. Post is very short at only 3". See the pictures for more details!
