That's because the receiver's built-in microphone can have problems in convertibles, Jeeps, and other noisy vehicles. Connect this noise-canceling microphone to the mic input on the back of your radio, then use its visor mount to place it in a good spot.

• Microphone (w/ attached 8' cable terminated by a 3.5mm connector)
• The microphone comes with a sun-visor clip and self-adhesive bracket to mount the mic to your sun-visor or dash. You are able to swivel and tilt the microphone on the sun-visor clip or bracket.
• Self-adhesive bracket
• The BTMIC-1 external microphone provides better performance in noisy environments than the integrated microphone found on the front-panel of some Bluetooth-enabled head unit.
