Dugan Marigold Carnival Glass Wreathed Cherry Berry Set
DESCRIPTION
I am excited to offer this antique six piece berry set made by Dugan Glass. This berry set is made in marigold carnival glass. The pattern is called Wreathed Cherry and was produced circa 1911. The master berry bowl is 4" tall, and measures 12" long by 9" wide. Each of the five individual berry bowls are 2 1/4" tall, and measure 6" long by 4 3/8" wide. The set has a nice rich marigold coloring with a beautiful display of purple, blue, and green iridescence. The purple iridescence is about the best I have ever seen in a piece. One of the small berry bowls has a chip in the collar base and can be seen in photo #10. The rest of the pieces are in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or breaks.
