This item in my EBAY store is a DUGAN BLUE CARNIVAL GLASS  "ROUND-UP"  FLATE PLATE.   This Dugan blue carnival glass "ROUND-UP" flat plate is antique glass that is just the way this flat plate left the DUGAN-DIAMOND GLASS COMPANY many years ago, this "ROUND-UP" plate has survived well over 100 years of survival and because of age has now become a beautiful family heirloom piece of glass that is in excellent condition having NO chips, cracks, scratches, and no glass staining;   I may add that this DUGAN BLUE CARNIVAL GLASS  "ROUND-UP"  FLAT PLATE
is an early vintage DUGAN antique carnival glass flat plate that has been used and displayed over many years, and still remains in beautiful heirloom condition, surely the couple of people who have once owned this American beauty surely cherrished this pieceof DUGAN antique glass according to the condition this DUGAN "ROUND-UP" flat plate remains in today, my numerous photos show all this info to you but any questions at all please e-mail me;
